2025 Fall CLE Registration Is Open!

Join Disability Law United and the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law on Tuesday, September 30th for “Disability & the Supreme Court in the Age of Trump: Assessing Risks & Opportunities.”

This timely, in-depth presentation on disability and the U.S. Supreme Court features a panel of fantastic speakers, who will address recent U.S. Supreme Court opinions and other activity at the court affecting disability law jurisprudence and litigation strategies. They’ll also look ahead at the 2025-26 term, other relevant cases, and offer thoughts on framing cases in a manner that both preserves and advances, where possible, the rights of people with disabilities established under federal disability laws.

You won’t want to miss this 3-hour educational presentation and CLE. And it’s not just for lawyers, though CLE credit is available – advocates, students, legal staff and more are welcome.

For the very first time in our history, DLU is also offering the option to attend a CLE in-person. That’s right — for those local to the Denver, Colorado area, we’re thankful for the co-sponsorship of the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, which allows us to host attendees on campus with our speakers. With your purchase of an in-person event ticket, you’ll reserve your seat in the room to hear from our fantastic panel of speakers live and up close!

If you prefer to attend via Zoom, don’t worry. As with all DLU events, there will be an accessible and easy to stream webinar run concurrently, giving registrants the option to choose in-person or remote attendance.

Registration is open now – and we hope to see you there!
Save some money with our Early Bird Rates, by registering before 12:00am Eastern on September 2nd. Student and nonprofit staff discounted rates are also available upon request, as are need-based scholarships thanks to our generous CLE sponsors! Financial hardship should not prevent you from attending this event. If you wish to request either a discounted student or nonprofit ticket or a scholarship ticket, please email nfogarty@dlunited.org with your full name and the brief details of your request.
